Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts ripped his team following its Week 15 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, accusing the club of not being all in.

“I’ve been talking about execution all year,” Hurts said (via Chantz Martin of Fox News). “Everyone being on the same page. We didn’t execute. I don’t think we’re committed enough. Just got to turn it around. You know, it’s a challenge that we have to embrace. Just continue to see it through.”

Eagles center Jason Kelce spoke on Hurts’ comments this week on his New Heights podcast alongside his brother Travis, and he agreed with the signal-caller’s assertions.

“That’s the attitude you have to have. When you’re not performing as a team, when you’re not winning games, the only thing you can do is go back and work that much more,” Kelce said. “Go back and commit yourself that much harder. We have great people in the building, we have people that want to win. I know that. There’s no question in my mind about that.”

Kelce doubled down on Hurts’ commitment remark.

“For me, the commitment comment, that’s all you can do is recommit yourself even more than you already are,” Jason Kelce said. “I think that, at the end of the day, all you can do is go back and work, go back and focus on the fundamentals, focus on where you’re making mistakes as an individual, focus on how you can help your teammate, assist your teammate.”

Several weeks ago, Philadelphia looked like the favorite to win the Super Bowl, but things have unraveled for the squad since then.

Philly has lost three games in a row, dropping a couple of contests in blowout fashion to the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys before losing a tight one to the Seahawks this past Monday.

Jalen Hurts played through flu-like symptoms and struggled against Seattle, going 17-for-31 with 143 yards and a couple of interceptions. He was better as a rusher, carrying the ball 13 times for 82 yards and a pair of touchodwns.

The Eagles are 10-4 and will take on the New York Giants on Christmas Day.
