The matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the Pittsburgh Steelers, originally slated for Sunday, had to be rescheduled due to blizzard conditions. The game is now set to take place on Monday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. E.T., as of Sunday morning.

However, there are indications that further rescheduling might be necessary.

“Tuesday is still a potential option to play this game, according to one league and one government source.”

Presently, Buffalo is experiencing harsh weather conditions, and the Steelers have not yet made the trip to Buffalo and the Bills have been unable to get to their facility as planned.

It’s very clear why the NFL stepped in and made the change that they made. Simply looking at a video release out of Buffalo shows just how bad the weather has gotten. Take a look at the onslaught of snow for yourself.

Optimistically, there is hope that the weather conditions will improve before kickoff on Monday afternoon. Fans can’t wait to see the Steelers and Bills go at it, but they may have to wait yet another day.
