The Philadelphia Eagles, who hold an 8-2 record, will hit the road this weekend for a prime-time divisional matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, who are 4-5-1 so far this season on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. EST.

Less than a day before kickoff, Philadelphia released its final injury update of the week, and the news was largely encouraging.

Starting center Cam Jurgens, who had been nursing an injury in recent weeks, is now fully cleared with no game designation attached to his name. That means the third-year lineman out of Nebraska will be in the starting lineup when the Eagles take the field at AT&T Stadium.

The only minor wrinkle came with star wide receiver DeVonta Smith.

According to the team, Smith is traveling to Dallas separately from the rest of the roster for personal reasons. Despite the unusual arrangement, he also carries no game status and is fully expects to suit up against the Cowboys.

The sudden update caught many fans off guard and quickly fueled concern across social media, but sources indicate the situation is not injury-related and should not impact his availability.

Even with an impressive 8-2 record and fresh off a Super Bowl appearance a season ago, Philadelphia’s offense has endured its share of turbulence in 2025. Quarterback Jalen Hurts and Pro Bowl wideout A.J. Brown have appeared out of sync at times, with the team managing only 26 total points across the last two games.

Amid the inconsistency, DeVonta Smith has remained a steady presence in the passing attack. Through 10 games, the former Heisman Trophy winner has recorded 49 catches for 665 yards and three touchdowns while averaging an efficient 13.6 yards per reception.

With Jurgens anchoring the interior of the offensive line and Smith expected to be on the field, the Philadelphia Eagles appear poised to have their strongest lineup in weeks as they look to widen their lead atop the NFC East against a struggling Dallas squad.
