One NBA writer is proposing that the Toronto Raptors acquire Zach LaVine from the Chicago Bulls and Rui Hachimura from the Los Angeles Lakers.

Fran Leiva of Fadeaway World proposed the following trade idea between the Raptors, Bulls, Lakers, Golden State Warriors and Dallas Mavericks:

Golden State Warriors receive: OG Anunoby, Otto Porter Jr.

Los Angeles Lakers receive: DeMar DeRozan, Alex Caruso, Jevon Carter

Toronto Raptors receive: Zach LaVine, Rui Hachimura, Gabe Vincent, Jaden Hardy, 2024 second-round pick via Lakers, 2025 second-round pick via Warriors, 2025 second-round pick via Mavericks, 2026 first-round pick via Warriors

Chicago Bulls receive: Andrew Wiggins, Tim Hardaway Jr., D’Angelo Russell, Richaun Holmes, Maxi Kleber, 2025 second-round pick via Lakers, 2027 first-round pick via Mavericks, 2028 first-round pick via Warriors, 2029 first-round pick via Lakers, 2030 second-round pick via Lakers

Dallas Mavericks receive: Pascal Siakam, Thaddeus Young, Garrett Temple

LaVine is averaging 21.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists for the Bulls this season while shooting 44.3% from the field, 33.6% from beyond the arc and 86.6% from the free-throw line. The two-time All-Star, who is looking to get traded by Chicago, hasn’t played since November 28 due to a right foot injury.
