The Rams made waves recently after acquiring Myles Garrett, sparking widespread speculation that the move could prompt Donald to come out of retirement. Donald, long regarded as one of the franchise’s most iconic players, has openly entertained the possibility, creating excitement among fans and within the locker room.
Although Donald has stayed in excellent physical condition since stepping away from the game, he had embraced life after football, including co-hosting the “Inner Circle” podcast. Still, the addition of Garrett appears to have rekindled his competitive instincts, leading him to consider suiting up once again for the Rams, who brought in Adams ahead of the 2025 season.

Adams made sure to tag Donald directly in the post, creating an immediate connection that fans quickly noticed and appreciated. The gesture underscores Adams’ respect for the defensive anchor and his desire to see him back on the field in a Rams uniform.
Donald continued playing for two additional seasons beyond 2018, ultimately retiring after the 2023 campaign. Since then, supporters have consistently called for his return, hoping to witness his dominance one more time.
