Now in his 16th season, the sharpshooter is still a formidable force in the NBA. He averages 24.5 points, 6.1 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game and is solidly 39.8 percent accurate from three-point range.

Despite a slight dip from his MVP-caliber performances of the past, Curry’s unique play style, characterized by rapid movements and minimal ball handling, suggests he could maintain a high level of play even as he ages.

Renowned for having perhaps the most reliable three-point shot in NBA history, Curry sees this skill as a key to extending his career further.

The Warriors, who had appeared to be on the brink of missing the playoffs for a second consecutive year, have surged back into contention following the acquisition of Jimmy Butler.

With a record of winning 12 of their last 14 games, Golden State now sits comfortably in sixth place in the Western Conference. This turnaround has reignited championship aspirations for a team many had written off earlier in the season.

While secure in the near term, Curry’s future holds intriguing possibilities. Winning another NBA championship could influence his decision to retire sooner or continue pushing the limits of his illustrious career.

As the Warriors gear up for the postseason, Curry’s leadership and experience will be crucial. Whether this season ends with another title or not, Curry’s statement ensures fans that the all-time great shooter will grace the courts for several more years, continuing to dazzle with his unparalleled skill and passion for the game.
