The Baltimore Ravens elevated offensive tackle Gerad Lichtenhan from the practice squad Saturday, a move that could signal left tackle Ronnie Stanley will not play Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, Jamison Hensley of ESPN reported.

Stanley is questionable with a toe injury. He missed practice Wednesday and Thursday before returning Friday.

He has missed 45 games in 10 seasons, but only one of those came in the past two years.

If Stanley sits, second-year tackle Carson Vinson would make his first career start. Vinson played seven offensive snaps as a rookie and seven more in the season opener at Indianapolis.

The left side of the line has two question marks. Guard John Simpson (groin) also missed practice Wednesday and Thursday and returned Friday. Andrew Vorhees, who started all 17 games last season, would replace him.

The line was already new. Center Jovaughn Gwyn and rookie right guard Vega Ioane made their first career starts in Week 1.

That group paved the way for a big opener. Derrick Henry ran for 144 yards and three touchdowns in the 41-23 win over the Colts, and Lamar Jackson accounted for 364 total yards. Baltimore ranked third in ESPN’s run block win rate that week.

Henry needs 98 yards Sunday to pass Eric Dickerson for ninth on the NFL’s career rushing list.

Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson is questionable with a finger injury, Ryan Mink of the Ravens’ official site reported. Hendrickson also missed Wednesday and Thursday before returning Friday.

He had eight pressures in his Ravens debut, though he is still looking for his first sack. Mike Green is his backup.

The Ravens also made two defensive moves Saturday.

Cornerback T.J. Tampa went on injured reserve with a knee injury. He was the team’s top backup at the position and was hurt in the win at Indianapolis.

Linebacker Carl Jones was signed from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

Receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) is out, and fellow receiver Ja’Kobi Lane is on injured reserve.

Kickoff is 1 p.m. ET at M&T Bank Stadium. Inactives are due at 11:30 a.m. ET, when Stanley’s and Hendrickson’s statuses become official.
