San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa has already secured two playoff victories against Aaron Rodgers in his career. Now, he’s set to face the Green Bay Packers’ new starting quarterback, Jordan Love.

In recent interviews, Bosa commended Love’s proficiency in operating within Green Bay’s offensive system, a skill that Rodgers occasionally struggled with. This observation isn’t surprising, considering Rodgers’ reputation for improvisation on the field.

“They have a quarterback who does exactly what he’s coached to do. Aaron Rodgers is a Hall of Famer and unbelievable, but he kinda went outside of the realm of coaching. And sometimes it’s good when you have a guy who does what he’s coached to do.”

The Dallas Cowboys got a firsthand taste of Love’s capabilities last Sunday. Love completed 16 of 21 pass attempts for 272 yards and delivered three touchdowns, showcasing his prowess under center.

To disrupt Love’s rhythm this Saturday, the 49ers will need to pressure the Packers’ offense and force them into a one-dimensional approach. Bosa spoke out about that.

“We definitely need to stop the run. I don’t think many teams have made him uncomfortable yet, so stopping the run and covering up those easy, open guys is something we have to do.”

Don’t forget to tune in to the Packers-49ers game, which kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on FOX. Nick Bosa and Jordan Love are going to put on a show.
