The Los Angeles Dodgers promoted outfielder Mike Sirota to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday, OKC Comets broadcaster Alex Freedman reported.

Sirota will finish the regular season and the playoffs with Oklahoma City. It is the third level he has played at this season.

He hit .306 with a .459 on-base percentage and a .526 slugging percentage between High-A Great Lakes and Double-A Tulsa, with 17 home runs.

That on-base mark leads all qualified players in the minor leagues.

Sirota opened the season with a 72-game on-base streak. It ended July 17, two games short of the record Andrew Velazquez set in 2014 with a Diamondbacks affiliate.

The major league record is 84 games, set by Ted Williams in 1949.

Sirota is 23. MLB Pipeline ranks him the No. 15 prospect in baseball, and only Josue De Paula ranks higher in the Dodgers’ system.

De Paula made his major league debut this month and drove in a run in Thursday’s division-clinching win at Cincinnati.

At Great Lakes, Sirota hit .325/.478/.602 in 35 games before his May 19 promotion. In 334 plate appearances at Tulsa, he hit .296/.449/.488 with 10 home runs, 40 RBIs and five steals.

He went to Philadelphia in July for the Futures Game at Citizens Bank Park.

The Dodgers drafted Sirota in 2021, but he chose college instead. Cincinnati took him in the third round of the 2024 draft out of Northeastern, and Los Angeles acquired him in January 2025 in the trade that sent Gavin Lux to the Reds.

His emergence gave the front office cover to deal outfielder Zyhir Hope, a top-100 prospect, as the centerpiece of the deadline trade for Tarik Skubal.

Skubal is 3-2 with a 2.52 ERA in eight starts since arriving.

The promotion came after Springfield eliminated Tulsa from the Texas League playoffs.

Oklahoma City’s outfield already includes James Tibbs III, the 13th pick in the 2024 draft, along with Ryan Ward, Alek Thomas and Jack Suwinski.

Sirota is on track to debut in the majors in 2027.

The Dodgers clinched their fifth straight NL West title Thursday and are 93-60.
