Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has drawn trade interest ahead of the Nov. 10 deadline, with the team reportedly looking for an early third-round or fourth-round draft pick in return.
NFL insider Jordan Schultz outlined the Browns’ position in a video shared Tuesday. The club sits at 3-2 after a 17-12 loss to the New York Jets.
“The Browns clearly like the young receiver group they have and are building with Denzel Boston, KC Concepcion and Isaiah Bond, obviously the tight end, Harold Fannin was well,” Schultz said. “Jeudy made some big plays against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 1 but then only played 24 snaps against the New York Jets this past Sunday, even with Concepcion leaving early with a concussion.”
Schultz indicated the veteran’s status is no secret around the league.
“It’s pretty well-known around the league that Jeudy is available, but it is my understanding that Cleveland would like something in that early third-round draft pick or fourth-round selection range, and I am just not sure they’ll get it. Bottom line: Jerry Jeudy is available, and he is another name to keep an eye on,” Schultz said.
Through five games, Jeudy has eight receptions for 81 yards on 15 targets with no touchdowns. Those figures rank him sixth on the Browns in receptions and yards and fifth in targets.
The 27-year-old produced a career year in 2024, catching 90 passes for 1,229 yards and four touchdowns to earn a Pro Bowl nod in his first season with Cleveland. The Browns had acquired him from the Denver Broncos that offseason in exchange for fifth- and sixth-round selections.
His output fell sharply in 2025, when he finished with 50 catches for 602 yards and two scores across 17 games. Career numbers now stand at 359 receptions, 4,965 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Cleveland signed Jeudy to a three-year, $52.5 million extension in 2024. His base salary sits at $1.5 million this season, with a cap hit around $10.4 million, a structure that could appeal to a contender seeking short-term help without a large cash outlay.
Teams such as the Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts, San Francisco 49ers and Las Vegas Raiders have been mentioned as possible fits. The Houston Texans had drawn prior links, but they completed a deal for Marvin Harrison Jr. from the Arizona Cardinals.
Jeudy remains on the roster for now and is expected to be available when the Browns host the 4-1 Baltimore Ravens on Oct. 18.
Rookies Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion, along with second-year tight end Harold Fannin, have taken larger shares of the targets under coach Todd Monken. Jeudy’s snap count has declined as a result.
Interest could still surface nearer the deadline if Cleveland lowers its price or if injuries create openings elsewhere.
The Browns hold leverage only if another club views Jeudy’s route-running and contract flexibility as a worthwhile addition for the stretch run. No deal appears imminent.
