The Baltimore Ravens cleared quarterback Lamar Jackson for Sunday’s Week 4 meeting with the Tennessee Titans, ending a short stretch of uncertainty over a back issue that had limited him earlier in the week.

On the team’s final injury report, Jackson carried no designation, which means he is expected to start barring a late setback.

For a franchise that watched him miss multiple games last season, the news arrived as a quiet but significant relief.

Jackson’s production through three games already shows why his availability matters. He has thrown for 745 yards with four touchdowns and one interception, and he has added 124 yards and another score on the ground.

Those numbers have come while the offense has been piecing itself together around him.

Derrick Henry remains the clearest complement in the run game, and Baltimore’s path to a 3-1 start still runs through the two of them staying in rhythm against a Titans team that has yet to win.

The rest of the report was less clean. Wide receiver Zay Flowers is questionable with a hamstring injury, and left tackle Ronnie Stanley is questionable with a toe injury.

Flowers is Jackson’s most reliable target, and Stanley is the veteran anchor on an offensive line that is already short-handed. Both of Baltimore’s centers have been ruled out, which puts rookie first-round pick Vega Ioane in position for his first career start at the position.

If Stanley cannot go, the protection in front of Jackson becomes an even larger variable in a game the Ravens otherwise figure to control.

On defense, the absence is already settled. Edge rusher Trey Hendrickson will miss the game after undergoing a procedure on his finger, a decision head coach Jesse Minter had already made public.

The Ravens have more depth there than they do along the interior of the offensive line. Tavius Robinson is in line to lead the pass rush, with Mike Green and rookie Zion Young expected to take on larger roles.

Losing an established edge player still changes how Baltimore can pressure the quarterback, but it does not create the same structural problem as a first-time center and a questionable left tackle.

That contrast is the real story of the week. Jackson is available, and against a winless opponent that should be enough to make Baltimore the favorite. The margin, though, depends on who lines up around him.

Flowers and Stanley are the two names still hanging over the final injury report. If both play, the Ravens can attack with something close to their preferred offense.

If either sits, Jackson will have to do more of the work himself, which is familiar territory and also the exact load the organization has been trying not to ask of him again in 2026.
