Baltimore Ravens wide reeciver Zay Flowers entered the week looking as if a lingering hamstring problem had finally loosened its grip.

By Friday, the Ravens had placed their leading wide receiver back on the injury report and listed him as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.

The setback is not new. Flowers opened the 2026 season in explosive fashion against the Indianapolis Colts, catching five passes for 150 yards and a touchdown in a single half before the hamstring forced him out.

He sat out Week 2 entirely, and the uncertainty followed the team into its trip to Brazil for a Week 3 meeting with the Dallas Cowboys. Questions about the playing surface made his availability look doubtful right up until kickoff.

He was active anyway, and he produced again: five receptions for 84 yards, plus 20 yards on a single carry, in Baltimore’s 34-31 win.

That performance suggested the injury was behind him. Practice told a less settled story. Flowers was limited on Wednesday, worked a full session on Thursday, and was limited again on Friday.

The Friday restriction was enough for the Ravens to designate him questionable for the Titans game, a listing the club confirmed late Friday afternoon. A final call is not expected until 90 minutes before the 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

The timing is awkward for an offense built around his speed and ability to create after the catch. Flowers is the receiver Lamar Jackson has leaned on most when the downfield game opens up, and Baltimore’s early results have shown how much the attack changes when he is on the field.

His Week 1 burst and his production in Brazil both arrived in games where the Ravens needed a vertical threat who could also work underneath.

Losing that option, even for a week, would force the staff to redistribute targets and lean harder on a supporting cast that has not yet matched his impact.

Still, the week of practice does not read like a player headed for another absence. A full Thursday session, coming after he already played through the injury in Brazil, is the kind of marker coaches usually treat as encouraging.

Limited work on Friday is common for skill players managing soft-tissue issues, especially when the team wants to protect them through the final walkthrough.

Unless something changes between now and Sunday morning, the expectation around the building is that Flowers will be active and in the lineup when Baltimore takes the field.

That leaves the Ravens in a familiar spot with their most dynamic receiver: hopeful he can go, and unwilling to treat the hamstring as fully settled until he is on the field.
